KIDS IN GLASS HOUSES - event info

Roadrunner Records’ pop punkers from Cardiff, Kids in Glass Houses have announced a short sharp UK tour to celebrate the recording of their second album this Autumn and have chosen 53 Degrees in Preston as their only North West date.

The bands new single Youngblood (Let It Out) is set for release on 5th October this year with the album scheduled to come out early 2010. In the mean time the band will complete a 10 day tour of the UK starting at the Off the Wall Festival in Birmingham on 30th October and finishing at 53 Degrees, Preston on Tues 10th November.

No strangers to the road, Kids in Glass Houses seem to have been almost constantly touring for the last few years, sharing buses with Lostprophets, 30 Seconds to Mars, Hundred Reasons, Paramore, New Found Glory and Fall Out Boy. Their debut album ‘Smart Casual’ charted top 30 in the UK and spawned singles ‘Easy Tiger’ and, ‘Give Me What I Want’, the later of which earned huge airplay on Radio 1 and Kerrang! TV.

The 53 Degrees gig is set to take place in the 400 capacity club room so make sure you get your tickets quick before it sells out.
